Where We Ship
AK Mart ships to customers in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed on Fridays and public holidays.

Shipping Time
After processing, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days within the UAE.
Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed. Delays can happen due to customs, weather, or courier issues.

Shipping Cost
Standard shipping is a flat rate of 18 AED, shown at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will get a tracking number by email/WhatsApp/SMS.
You can track your order status using this number.

Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier companies, or events outside our control (weather, strikes, etc.).
If your order is very late, contact us and we will help track it down.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address given by the customer.
